The infamous four-legged member of the band Sublime, Lou Dog (also "Louie Dog") was a Dalmation that belonged to the late lead singer Brad Nowell. He is mentioned in the hit song "What I Got" and was featured on the album cover for the EP of the same name. He was rescued by Brad as a puppy, and named after a favorite uncle. After Nowell's death, he lived with the band's producer and was often seen at concerts where the surviving members of the band would perform as the Long Beach Dub All Stars.
