Dr. James A. Craig, 81, died yesterday in the Swanton Nursing Home.
Born in Christian County, Ill., he had lived in Toledo seven years. Until three years ago, he was employed by the Sun Machine & Tool Co.
He was a graduate of the Washington Medical School, St. Louis, Mo., and practiced in Farmville and Pawnee, Ill., before coming to Toledo.
Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Jessie Kessler, Irving, Ill.; Mrs. Bonnie Culp and Mrs. Alice Griffith, Toledo; Mrs. Bernadine Everett, Delta, O., and Mrs. Dorothy Gigax, Swanton; sons, Arthur, of Toledo; James, of Swanton; Robert, of Arlington, and Amer, of Chicago; 21 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Biehl-Malone Mortuary, Swanton. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Delta.
