Casualty of WWII, Frantisek, a Czechoslovakian national, served with the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve- 310 (Czech.) Sqdn. Service No: 787975. He was 27.His Spitfire was R6625 and crashed near Blackbush Corner, Horndon-on-the-Hill-it is believed that he suffered oxygen failure and blacked out.
