Comes now the undersigned Clara Harlan, Adminstator of the estate of Elizabeth Phillips.

That the widow Elizabeth Phillips death at Wapello County Iowa Ottumwa Nov. 21, 1940; leaving her as her sole heirs at law the following to~wit.

Clara Harlan age 57 daughter of 338 McPherson St. Ottumwa

*Anna Lannigan 52 daughter at 928 Pershing Ave.Ottumwa

Henry Phillips 49 son of 928 Pershing Ottumwa

The said Elizabeth Phillips deceased was the owner of the following real estate at the time of her death. Lot 107 of Leighton and Bernister 3rd add; known as 457 So. Willard St.

Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Phillips 81, a resident of Ottumwa for the last 36 years died at her home 457 South Willard Street.

She was born April 22, 1859 at Mason City West Virginia.

Surviving are son Henry Phillips; daughters, Mrs. Clara Phillips Clark Harlan and Mrs. Anna Phillips Lanigan of Ottumwa; sister Mrs. Hannah McDermott Shea of Ohio; brother William McDermott of Ohio, fourteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Her husband, son and daughter preceded her in death. Services will be Monday at 8:30 a.m. at Moroney Funeral Home, and at 9:a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church where requiem high mass will be celebrated by father T.C. Donohoe. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.

Grandchildren will act as pallbearers. The rosary will be recited Sunday night at the funeral home.
