Eugene C. Bussinger
West Branch, Michigan
Former resident of Saginaw passed away Sunday, April 13, 1980, at Saginaw Community Hospital. Age 90 years. He was born April 24, 1889, In James township. He married Ella Tyrer in 1913. She predeceased him in 1953. Mr. Bussinger served with the U.S. Navy for four years. He was employed as a fireman in the local mines for several years retiring to West Branch in 1945. Surviving are two sons and three daughters, Louis Bussinger, Mikado; Thomas Bussinger, Beaverton; Mrs. James ( Grace) Rieger, West Branch; Jean Cairns, Saginaw; Mrs. Gerald ( Helen) Jordan, Grand Rapids; ten grandchildren; 27 great- grandchildren; three great- great grandchildren.
Funeral service will take place 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cederberg Funeral Home, 11:00 a.m. at SS. Peter and Paul's Catholic Church. Rev. Joseph Czolgosz will officiate with burial in St. Andrew's Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7:00 p.m. Monday where they may meet with relativesat 8:00 p.m. Tuesday for a Wake Service.
