Born Wednesday, April 11, 1923 in Tecumseh, Kansas, he was the son of the late Lloyd Abbott and the late Mamie Ridgeway Abbott. He was the loving husband of Florence Flukiger Abbott.
He was a member of the Masonic # 736 and American Legion# 800. He enjoyed bowling, fishing and hunting.
He served as a Private in the Army from 1943 until 1945. He was a Veteran of World War II.
Surviving is son, Daniel Meyer Abbott of Mira Mesa, CA;
Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery.
