DAVID SCHOENLAUB DIES OF PNEUMONIA
Former Employee of Warner & Edwards Co. Passes Away at Home Here.
David Schoenlaub, 60, of 343 south Proipect street died yesterday at 8:15 p.m. at his home after a year's illiness of arthritis and septic pneumonia.
Mr. Schoenlaub, a native of Richland township, was born June 27, 1871 to Jacob Schoenlaub and Dortha Deitch Schoenlaub. He was married in Marion Nov. 28, 1894 to Nettie Weber, who survives him with their son, Charles M. Schoenlaub of New Sheffield, PA, Mrs. F. O. Tuttle Jr. of this city and C. A. Shively of Akron, a niece and nephew were reared by Mr. and Mrs. Schoenlaub. A sister and brother are living. They are Mrs. George Fetter and Henry Schoenlaub both of Marion. Mr. Schoenlaub was a member of Emanuel's Lutheran church. He was employed at the Warner & Edwards Co. store until last summer when ill health forced him to
retire.
The funeral will be conducted Friday at 1.30 p. m. at the home and at 2 p.m. at Emanuel's church, with the pastor, Rev. J. W. Schillnger, in charge. Burial will be made in Marion cemetery.
