Funeral services will be Thursday, Nov. 3, at 11 a.m. in the Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield. The Rev. Scott Busacker will officiate, and burial will be in Asbury Cemetery, rural Raymond. Visitation will be Wednesday, Nov. 2, from 5 until 8 p.m. in the Plummer Funeral Home.
Mrs. Knetzer was born on Aug. 26, 1917, to John D. and Winnie B. (McElfresh) Allen. A graduate of Waggoner High School, she was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, knitting, and gardening.
She married Louis Edward Knetzer in St. Louis; he preceded her in death on March 12, 1997. Her parents; two sons, Edward Allen "Butch" Knetzer and one in infancy; one daughter Mary Catherine Bockewitz; and one brother, Robert Allen also preceded her in death.
She is survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Frances McNail of San Gabriel, CA.
