He was born Nov. 1, 1908 in Rush County, Ind., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cupp. He was a member of the Sandcreek Baptist Church, the Knights of Pythias, the Indiana Farm Bureau and the Indiana Sheriffs Association. He had resided at his present residence over 50 years where he was a farmer and also built grain bins.
His wife, Alvina Borgman Cupp, preceded him in death Jan. 26, 1983. He is survived by one son, Harold (Sonny) Cupp, R.r.7, Greensburg; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
One son, Gerald Cupp, preceded him in death June 12, 1988. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Abline Ebinger and one brother, Clyder Cupp.
The services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home, Greensburg.
Burial will be in the St. John's Cemetery in Napoleon, Ind.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday.
