Dies At 73
Mrs. Minnie Slyster, 73, of
Ridge Road, Gasport, died this
morning (April 2, 1966) at Inter-
Community Memorial Hospital
at Newfane.
She was the widow of Raymond
Slyster who died Jan. 31,
1966.
Born in Marrila on Nov. 2,
1892, she was the daughter of
William and Matilda Stein Drosendahl.
She had lived in the town of Hartland
for many years.
Surviving are two daughters
and five sons, Mrs. Thelma
Chaplin, Mrs. Violet Slyster,
Ralph, Edward, Raymond Jr.
and John Slyster, all of
Gasport, and Vernon Slyster
of Burt; one sister and four
brothers, Mrs. Mabel Stitz of
Marilla, Albert Drosendahl of
Alden, William and Charles Drosendahl
of East Aurora and
Frank Drosendahl of Wales, N.
Y.; also six grandchildren.
Beginning this evening,
friends may call at the Bream
Funeral Home, Gasport, from 2
to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where funeral
services will be held at 11
a.m. Monday. The Rev. Arthur
Wright will officiate.
Burial will be in Hartland
Central Cemetery.
