Funeral services for Mrs. Paula Mayo Woodman, 44, of Collinston, LA, will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 2, 2011, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Danny McIlveene officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Woodman passed away Sunday, October 30, 2011, at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was a member of West Heights Missionary Baptist Church in West Monroe.

Mrs. Woodman was preceded in death by her father, Wesley Mayo; brother, Ray Mayo; grandparents, Perry and Myra Rice, and James P. and Anna Mayo.

Survivors include her husband, John D. Woodman; mother, Lena Elouise Rice Mayo of Winnsboro, LA; brothers, Charlie and Carla Mayo of New Boston, TX, Douglas and Aline Mayo of Winnsboro, LA, and Eric and Angie Mayo of Winnsboro, LA; sisters, Bonnie and Doug Gray of Bernice, LA, Pat and Alton Jordan of Monroe, LA, Beverly and Mike Wallace of Winnsboro, LA, Brenda Mayo of Okmulgee, OK, Debbie and Lyn Coats of Farmerville, LA, and Donna and Tommy Carter of West Monroe, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Charlie Mayo, Douglas Mayo, Eric Mayo, Louis Givens, Lyn Coats, Tommy Carter, and Mike Wallace. Honorary pallbearers will be Casey Brewer, Warren Walters, Alton Jordan, Nathan Rice, and Larry Cox.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
