Mrs. Lula Babbington, 68, New Windsor, died Saturday at 9 a.m. at the home of Mrs. Clyde Morningstar, Marston, Md., after an illness of several months. A native of Carroll County, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Warner Strine and a member of Wakefield Church of God. Her husband, Frank Babbington, died 26 years ago. Surviving brothers and sisters are: Mrs. Carville Alexander, Walter Strine and Mrs. Earl Green, near New Windsor; John Strine, Mrs. Sterling Ecker, Mrs. Theodore Brown and Mrs. Mabel Lindsay, New Windsor, and George Strine, Elkton
