Phillip "Geasel" Chrismer, 16, Gettysburg, was fatally injured in an automobile accident Saturday Morning.
He was the son of Bernard Francis and Anne M. Gibbs Chrismer, Gettysburg.
He was a Junior at Littlestown High School and was a member of the football and basketball teams there. He was also a member of the Varsity Club and played on several athletic squads in the Bonneauville area.
Surviving in addition to his parents are brothers and sisters, Francis J. Chrismer of El Paso, Tx., Stephen D. Chrismer of Littlestown, James R. Chrismer of East Berlin, and Timothy C., Micheal E., Patrick T. and Richard B. Chrismer all of Gettysburg, three daughters, Mrs. Madeline M. Bowers, Margaret J. Chrismer and Mrs. Linda Gebhart all of Gettysburg.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning, meeting at Monahan Funeral Home, Gettysburg, to go to St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Bonneauville for a Mass of Christian Burial. Fr. Paul T. Rindos will be celebrant. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
