Services for William T. Loblaw, 80, operator of farms in North Dakota, Indiana, Illinois, and Wisconsin, will be held at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow in the Grace Missionary church in Zion. Loblaw, who was Zion's first street commissioner and served as assistant police chief, died in his Zion home Saturday night. He was brought to Zion in 1900 by James Alexander Dowie, founder of the Christian Catholic church, to aid in laying out streets, alleys, and parkways. He is survived by four sons and two daughters.
