US Representative. Georgia Legislator. Chief Justice of Georgia Supreme Court. After serving as a member of the Georgia State Legislature (1828-1829, 1831, 1855-1857), Warner became a Judge for the Georgia State Supreme Court, before resigning to serve as a US Representative from 1855 to 1857. In 1867, he was appointed the Chief Justice of the Georgia State Supreme Court until 1880.
