Survived by wife Hazel Captain; sons, George Captain, Frank "Corkey" Stratton and wife Debbie; daughters, Pamela Captain, Mary Lou Bernard and husband Danny, Elizabeth Speights; sister, Mary Rosada; brother, Frank Captain; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
His funeral services were held in the Rose-Neath Chapel, Logansport.
