Gas City - Last rites for Betty J. Nicholson, 40, Gas City, will be held Monday morning at the Jay, Swift and Storey Funeral Home. She died Thursday at a Bluffton Hospital where she was a patient for eight days. She had been ill since last October.
The Rev. Michael Reinich will be in charge of the services, and burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery. The Rosary will be recited Sunday evening in funeral home.
She was a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., and was a Gas City resident for 38 years. She was an employe of Knox Glass Co., and was a member of Holy Family Catholic church at Gas City.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Connie Colyer, Gas City; a brother, Robert Henkel, Gas City; a sister, Mrs. Allen Line, Gas City; and one grandchild.
