She graduated from Paint Creek High School, then attended American Commercial College where she studied business and accounting. Rachel currently resided in Haskell, moving there from Stamford in 1998. She was a Baptist.
Preceding her in death were her grandmother, Adela Ochoa and grandfather, Macarillo Gonzales.
Rachel is survived by two daughters, Lacy Elida Gonzales, Lauren Gayle Gonzales, both of Stamford; mother, Elida Gonzales of Stamford; father, Augustine "A.G." Gonzales, of Knox City; three sisters, Mary Cisneros and husband Roland of Haskell, Sophie Gonzales and husband Johnny of Stamford, Hope Cisneros and husband Joe of Forestburg, Tx; three brothers, Mikeal Macarillo Gonzales, Augustine Rios Gonzales, Jr., Lee Arther Gonzales and wife Danielle, all of Stamford; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
