Choteau Acantha (MT), 6 April 1939
The community was saddened by the death of Mr. Chris B. Norheim, a resident of Greenfield Bench for nearly thirty years. After an attack of the flu, Mr. Norheim was stricken with pneumonia. He entered the Deaconess hospital Sunday evening, March 26th and passed away Friday afternoon, March 31. He leaves to mourn his loss his widow, Mrs. Lena Norheim; two daughters, Betsy, at home, and Mrs. Helen Gettle of Power; four sons, Sig of Monida, Mont., Erling of Milwaukee, Wis., and Berger and Olaf at home.
The body was brought to the family home Sunday. Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Interment was in St. Paul Lutheran cemetery beside the grave of Mr. Norheim's mother who passed away here several years ago.
The entire community extends sympathy to the bereaved family.
