FUNERAL OF MRS. J. F. WESTFALL
The funeral of Mrs. F. P. Westfall, who passed away on Christmas Day, occurred from the residence last Tuesday afternoon.
The deceased had been ill with cancer for more than a year and months ago realized that she was hopelessly stricken, and had no chance for recovery. She bore up bravely however, and in spite of the severest kind of suffering was brave to the last.
Louise Ella Detter was born in Arrowrock, Missouri, in the year of 1857, and was united in marriage to Mr. Westfall in 1874, at Clinton, Missouri.
The deceased was a sister of Henry Detter of this city, and had lived with her husband and family in this community for the last 27 years.
