CLARA MAE TYSON married MARRCELINO ALBERT ALVARADO on July 22, 1933 at the home of her parents, JAMES W and JESSIE MAE TYSON. She was married by her Aunt LENA's husband, REV. CHARLES J BENTLEY. The listed "wedding attendants" were MRS. C. J. BENTLEY, JOSEPHINE STRICKLAND, MR. & MRS. J. W. TYSON, MR. GEORGE RIGGINS, and ANNIE LAURA MIDDLETON.
CLARA MAE was the sweetest person I have ever known. I regret that I only knew her for a few years before she went home to the LORD.
OBITUARY: MRS. CLARA MAE ALBARADO, of 430 Greens Springs Highway, died Monday. She was a member of Dawson Memorial Baptist Church. Graveside service will be at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East, Roebuck Chapel directing. Survivors include her husband, MARSHALL A ALBARADO, two sons, a daughter, and five sisters, MRS. EUNICE CROSBY, Los Angeles, California, MRS. FRANCIS RALSON, Lakeland, Florida, and MRS. BEATRICE DARBY, MRS. INEZ HOLLIFIELD and MRS. GLADYS GASTON, all of Birmingham.
