Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec 11, 1998 at 1 p.m. in the west Valley LDS Chapel (6755 W. 3800 S, West Valley UT) The family will meet with friends Friday,. from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at Memorial Estates.
He was born Dec 2, 1919 at Ucon, ID to Willard and Mabel Moss.
On April 8, 1946 he married Rachel Richins in Elko, NV. They wre later divorced. He married Wilma E. Debean on May 6, 1957. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Cardston Alberta Temple.
Bill was an avid horseman who trained riding and buggy horses throughout the United States. He grew up on a sheep farm and continued to use this talent up until his 70s. He loved to tell jokes and will be greatly missed for his sense of humor.
Survivors include his wife Wilma of Terreton; three daughters Annetta Ulrich of Scotts Valley, CA, Norma Stokes of Midvale, UT and Neeta Badger of Salt Lake City; three sons Richard moss of Castlerock UT, Duane Moss of Sandy, UT and Ralph Moss of West Valley UT and foster son Jim Munson of West Valley UT; 25 grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren, sister Susan "Gert" Armstrong of Stevenville, MT and brother Rex Moss of Salt Lake City, UT.
He was preceded in death by his parents son Butch, sister Vera Rossella Moss and brothers Nephi, Sheldon and Burt Moss.
