Dolly was an amazing, wonderful woman who loved dolls, bells, and feeding the humming birds.

Dolly had one son, Lynn, who she fondly called Beau. Dolly also had one known grandson and two known granddaughters as well as two known great-grandsons and two known great-granddaughters.

The term "known" is used because Lynn lived a very secretive and mysterious life. His oldest known daughter was discovered just before she turned 18 and his only known son was not discovered until after Lynn's death. His youngest known daughter, Cookie, has little knowledge of family history.

It is very likely that Dolly has a large legacy.

Cookie enjoyed visits with Dolly several times a year. Dolly would brush Cookie's hair and tell stories about the "old days."

Cookie's favorite story was the one about how Dolly got her name. When Dolly's parents were expecting, everyone kept asking what they were going to name the baby. They would respond that they were undecided on names.

When Dolly was born, she was very small. She was so small that her father said that if her head fit in his coffee cup they would name her Dolly. Her head fit in the cup- so Dolly was her name. Cookie never tired of hearing that story.
