A retired farmer, he was a member of the Petersburg Church of God.
Born in Pendleton County on January 17, 1883, he was the son of Noah and Clara Ours Judy. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Florence Kimble.
Survivors include his second wife, the former Virginia Powers; six daughters, Mrs. Minnie Shreve, Upper Tract, Mrs. Alta Conrad, Baltimore, Md., Mrs. Vertie Whetzel, Mrs. Margie Ludwick, Mrs. Rhonda Stump, Minnie Judy, all of Petersburg. Two sons, Noah Biser Judy, Upper Tract and Kermit Judy, Petersburg.
Also surviving are nine step-children, 26 grandchildren, and 46 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held last Thursday at the Petersburg Church of God with the Rev. Frank Meadows and the Rev. R. D. Smith officiating. Interment was in Lahmansville Cemetery.
