Last Rites Are Set For Mrs. Anna C. Scheidt


Last rites for Mrs. Anna Catherine Scheidt, 62, a native of Russia, who died Saturday at her home, 460 D Street, will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Zion Congregational Church with Rev. J. N. Sauer officiating.

Mrs Scheidt, who had been ill for about three years, was a resident of Fresno for the past twenty-nine years.

She was the wife of George Scheidt and the mother of Mrs. Mary Becker, Mrs. Anna Brum, Mrs. Lydia Gross, Mrs. Elsie Adoph and Hannah, Conrad, Jack A. and Ted R. Scheidt, all of Fresno; J. G. Scheidt of San Jose, Chris Scheidt of Berkeley, Henry Scheidt of Sacramento, and a sister of Peter Fries of Fresno, Mrs. Anna Schneider and Christian Reinhardt of Russia. She also is survived by twenty grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are in charge of the Westside Undertakers.
