Pauline Howard Dodd, 79, of Salyersville, died Sunday, Feb. 8, at
Salyersville Health Care Center, Salyersville.
Born March 30, 1924, in Paintsville, she was a daughter of the late
Bryan and Nellie Conley Howard. She was a member of Eastern Star
in Salyersville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, L. R. "Sam" Dodd; and a
brother, Bill George Howard.
Survivors include a son, Terry Porter of Salyersville; two daughters,
Lisa Woods of Salyersville, and Camille Prater of Lexington; A brother,
Bryan Howard Jr., of Springboro, Ohio; a sister, Bernice Patton of Springboro;
six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Eastern Star rites were conducted Tuesday, Feb. 10, at Salyersville
Funeral Home Chapel, Salyersville.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, Feb. 11, at Salyersville
Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Roark Cemetery, Burning Fork Road, Salyersville, under direction of Salyersville Funeral Home.
