HENRY OLIVER, MILTON, DIES
MILTON-FREEWATER––Henry William Oliver, 85, former school teacher and Seventh-day Adventist minister, died Monday morning at his home in Milton after a prolonged illness. He had resided in Milton the last 10 years but since 1884 in Oregon.
Oliver was born August 10, 1862 near Memphis, MO.
Survivors include: Mrs. Bessie Oliver of the home address, two sons, J. Paul Oliver of Portland and Frank G. Oliver of Boise, one daughter, Mrs. Mabel Henderson, New Plymouth, Ida., two brothers, D.D. Oliver of College Place and A.V. Oliver of Rickreal, Ore., one sister, Mrs. Ethel Winston, Monmouth, Ore., 14 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon from the Adventist church in Milton with burial in the College Place cemetery.
