Fred C. Hawley was born March 5, 1861, to Myron Hawley and Emily Haley Hawley in Huntington, Lorain County, Ohio. He married Charlotte "Lottie" Ellen Blinn. He died March 24, 1938, one mile north of Sullivan, Ashland County, Ohio.
