WINOOSKI - Joyce Marie (Robar) Ouellette, 55, of Winooski, died Monday, Oct. 24, 2011, in FAHC of Burlington, surrounded by her loving family, following a brief illness.
Joyce was born in Burlington on July 15, 1956, the daughter of Clifford and Loretta (St. Peter) Robar.
She graduated from Essex High School and attended Champlain College.
Joyce was predeceased by her sisters, Sandra Safford and Doris Richards; and her brothers, Frank Lafond and Ernest Robar. Joyce is survived by three daughters, Lynda Robar, Michele Robar and Christina Badger; five grandchildren, James, Ryan, Devin, Hunter and Hayley; her brothers, Clifford Robar and Donald "D.J." Robar; her sister, Pamela Cowhig and her husband, Stephen; her special friends, Jon Mullen and Erin Feine; her sistersin-law, Edna Lafond and Sharon Robar; her brother in-law, Gerald Safford; and several nieces, nephews and extended family.
Family and friends will meet on Friday, Oct. 28, 2011, from 10 to 11 a.m., with funeral services beginning at 11 a.m. at the LaVigne Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 132 Main St. in Winooski.
