Ronda E. Jackson, 49, of Wonder Lake, died Tuesday, June 8, 2010, at her home.
She was born July 6, 1960, in Woodstock, to Raymond and Doris (Hamil) Schiller. On July 2, 1977, she married Carl L. Jackson in Deerfield.
Formerly of McHenry, she had lived in Wonder Lake for the past four years. She was a former employee of Royal Terrace Nursing Home. She was a great cook. She loved the outdoors, and will be missed by her dog, Angel.
She is survived by her husband, Carl; four children, Dawn (Anthony Pickett) Jackson of Poplar Grove, Amanda Jackson of Kenosha, Wis., Jennifer (Eric Moore) Jackson of Wonder Lake and Amanda Buss of McHenry; three grandchildren, Zoey, Lilly and Isaiah; her father, Raymond Schiller of McHenry; her siblings, Donna (Jim) Hellenbrand of Marshall, Wis., Bonnie (Phil) Bjerning of Round Lake, Roger Schiller of Woodstock, Sherry (Jim) Bykowski of Woodstock, Russell (Diane) Schiller of Hoffman Estates, Roxane Schiller of Cambridge, Wis., Randal Schiller of Glen Ellyn, Mark (Sandy) Schiller of Hebron and Danielle (Michael) Schultz of Woodstock; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son, Chad Jackson on March 24, 2007; and her mother, Doris Schiller on July 24, 2009.
The visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, June 14, at Justen Funeral Home & Crematory, 3700 W. Charles J. Miller Road, McHenry. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 15, at the funeral home. Interment will be in Ringwood Cemetery, Ringwood.
