Joseph F. Bick, of North Syracuse, passed away Saturday at his home. Born in Utica, New York, Joseph retired as Vice President of M&T Bank and formerly was a substitute teacher for the Baldwinsville Central Schools. He was a graduate of St. Lawrence and Rutgers Universities, a member of Dewitt Community Church, the Merchants Bank golf league and a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.

Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Susan A. Bick; son, Rob Bick of Brewerton; son and daughter-in-law, Jon and Theresa Bick of Baldwinsville; grandchildren, Jon and Alyssa Bick, and his pet labs Maggie and Molly.

Calling hours will be Thursday, March 24, 2005 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Maurer Funeral Home, 300 Second St., Liverpool.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 8, 2005 at 2 p.m. in the Dewitt Community Church, 3600 Erie Blvd E., Dewitt, NY.

Contributions may be made to the Beaver Lake Nature Center (In Memory of Joe Bick), 8477 E. Mud Lake Rd., Baldwinsville, NY 13027.
