Daughter of Tuffield (aka Theophilus and Alexander) and Alice Deso Provost aka Provo. Exact Dates and cities for Phoebe per David Anderson Ancestry tree but the years are confirmed in a cemetery listing. Some related vital records show her place of birth as Canada but most are Fairfax. Phoebe married Edward Marcher about 1875 and they had 9 children. A possible 10th child is Inez Marcher born 6/10/1878 in Fairfax, which I am researching. The list below is missing the second child, Lucy was born in June 1877 and married William Nathan.
