Elizabeth "Lizzie" Bradshaw died a 10 a.m. on Friday, December 11, 1998 at Three Springs Lodge in Chester.
She was born on Friday, November 23, 1894 in Cutler, IL to Charles August and Dora Ann (Tangen) Brandhorst. She married William Emmett Bradshaw on May 28, 1917 in Alton, IL, and he preceded her in death on November 21, 1969.
Mrs. Bradshaw was a retired school teacher from Union, Edwards, Oak Hill, Fairview, Will, Jones, and Campbell Hill schools. She played piano and band music for 66 years and was a member of the Percy Rebekah Lodge #55 and the Presbyterian Church of Ava.
She is survived one brother; Ralph Brandhorst of Washington and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Bradshaw was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, and two brothers.
