Virginia is the wife of James Alfonso Brown. After Virginia died James A. Brown hired a housekeeper to help with the children. This housekeeper was Mary/Mollie Mayden/Maiden, mother of my grandfather, James A. Brown, Jr. The two never married and when James A. Sr. died in a wagon accident the other children ran her and my grandfather off the land. Interesting story........
