Mrs. Mary E. Curry, wife of Rev. George E. Curry, District Superintendent of Cumberland District, Washington Conference of the Methodist Church, died Sunday at her home on South Washington street.
Mrs. Curry was a native of Adams county and was the youngest daughter of Basil and Mary J Biggs.
She was married to Rev. Curry nearly 30 years and had been associated with him in his ministry all those years. She was greatly loved by the peope among whom they labored and regret will be felt in many homes at the news of her death.
She is survived by her husband, one daughter, Miss Mary B. B. Curry, teacher of the Gettysburg public schools; Dr. Basil B. G. Curry of Huntingdon; two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Hannah E. Mathews, Mrs. Celia J. Penn, and Dr. William Biggs all of this palce
