Services for Carl Philip Tanner, 74, 2312 Overland Road, Boise, who died Wednesday, October 27, 1965, in a Boise nursing home, will be Monday at Tanner Chapel, Jefferson City, Missouri. Local arrangements are by Gibson Chapel. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery at Jefferson City.

He was born May 8, 1891, Jefferson City, Missouri, and worked for the Missouri Pacific Railroad in St. Louis, Missouri, until he retired in March 1959 when he moved to Boise. He was a member of the Central Evangelical Church.

Mr. Tanner is survived by his wife, Minnie D. Tanner, Boise; sisters, Mrs. Alma Broughton, Hartsburg, Missouri, Mrs. Vinita Raithel and Mrs. Roselyn Bassman, both of Jefferson
City, Missouri; brothers, Herbert Tanner, Ava, Missouri, and Alvin Tanner, Jefferson City;
two nieces; and two nephews.
