Mrs Alice Meyer Is Taken By Death
Funeral Services Thursday Afternoon
Mrs. Alice Caroline Lhamon Meyer, 88, former resident of Salem, died at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Elmer
Burnett, Monroeville, where she had lived for the past six months.
She was a member of the Salem Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to Mrs. Burnett are two other daughters, Mrs. Rolla Raudenbusch of Monroe and Mrs. Clarence Counterman of
Hoagland; one son, Floyd Meyer of Monroe; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
The body was removed to the ingsMarquart Funeral Home in Monroeville, where friends may call after 7 o'clock this evening until
Wednesday morning, when the body will be taken to the home in Salem.
Funeral services will be held at 1:45 p.m. Thursday at the home and at 2 o'clock at the Salem Methodist Church, the Rev. Russell
Parsley officiating. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
