He was a member and deacon of Oaky Grove Baptist Church and was a retired heavy equipment operator for W.F. Jackson Construction Company.
Mr. Boulineau passed away Thursday October 20, 2011 at the Washington County Regional Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Foskey Boulineau of Kite, 2 sons, Troy (Tanya) Boulineau of Kite and Terry (Angela) Boulineau of Jesup, a brother, Bennett (Rena) Boulineau of Kite, a sister, Hazel DeFoor of Calhoun and 8 grandchildren, Troy Boulineau, Jr., Courtney Boulineau, Cory Boulineau, Carla Smith, Dallas Smith, Toye Boulineau, Chloe Boulineau and Jordan Boulineau.
Stanley Funeral home and Crematory/Wrightsville Chapel has charge of funeral arrangements.
