MONTGOMERY - Longtime beautician Rosalia Kotek, 80, of Montgomery died Sunday, May 5, 2002, at Mala Strana Health Care Center in New Prague.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery, the Rev. George Grafsky officiating. Burial is in the Calvary Cemetery in Montgomery.
Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. today at Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery, with a 4:15 p.m. Council of Catholic Women rosary service. Visitation continues Wednesday morning at the funeral home.
Mrs. Kotek was born Nov. 19, 1921, to Theresa (Chalupa) and Albert Vrzal at Montgomery. She graduated from Montgomery High School. A beautician, she worked in Montgomery. She married Clarence Kotek Oct. 1, 1949, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. She was a member of CCW. Her hobbies included gardening, crafts and needlework.
Mrs. Kotek is survived by two sons and their wives, Scott and Agnes of New Prague and Gregory and Bridget of Lakeville; four grandchildren; two great granchildren; and three sisters, Helen Keogh and Mary David, both of Montgomery and Bozena "Buz" Kline of St. James.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
