Roselle married William Earl Burdue on Jul 22, 1919 in Vinton, Gallia, Ohio. They had met when she attended the Normal School in Bellevue. He was also a teacher as well as a successful farmer. Roselle taught school at Milliman School near Collins and later strictly music education in the various Gallia County school districts. She also, for a time, had her own musical radio program with her friend Clara Cook in Cleveland in the 1930's. Roselle owed her university education to her mother Sarah Alda Eagle Shack who opened a very successful restaurant- Shack Hall- in Vinton to finance it. She was a very successful teacher who was loved and mourned by her students when she died of diabetes in Nelsonville.∼d/o:
