They had at least one daughter together, Ida Bell Ferree Thorne, born in 1855. They lived in Cincinatti, Ohio from at least 1860-1880. In 1900 they were living in Lansing, Michigan. Her husband, William, died in 1905. In 1910 she was living with her daughter & son 'n law, still in Lansing. She died in 1911 and is buried next to her husband.
