CRASH INJURIES FATAL TO WOMAN
Mrs. Gladys Arnett, 67, of 3651 Edwards road, Hyde Park, died last night of injuries suffered earlier in the day in an auto accident at Ohio 32 and Old Ohio 74 near Mt. Carmel.
She was riding in a car driven by her husband, James M. Arnett, a retired real estate broker. Also in the car was Mathew D. Heaton, 10, a grandson of the Arnetts.
The State Highway Patrol reported that Arnett made a left turn in front of a car driven by Edward W. Sullivan, 40, of 1319 Suncrest drive.
Arnett was charged with failure to yield the right of way. He and his grandson were treated at Our Lady of Mercy hospital for minor injuries. Mrs. Arnett was taken to Our Lady of Mercy hospital by the Batavia life squad. She was the 21st auto fatality recorded in Clermont County for 1969.
