MRS. MARGARET CORBETT MORRISON, aged 77 year's, widow of W. H. Morrison, former burgess, of Waynesboro, died Sunday morning at 9:20 o'clock at her home, 21 East Main street of heart trouble.
She had been in ill health for the last three and a half years, and confined to her bed for the last seven weeks. She had been in her usual health and was stricken suddenly.
Mrs. Morrison was born at Arlington, Baltimore county, Md., the daughter of Jacob and Louisa (Honodel) Corbett. She came to Waynesboro when a girl of 10.
She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church.
Her husband died in January, 1929.
Surviving are a son, John L., at home and a daughter, Mrs. Elton G. Boyer, Millersville, Pa. Two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one brother, John G. Corbett, Snider avenue.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the home in charge of the Rev. W. L. Crowding and the Rev. E. L. Eslinger. Interment will be made in Burns Hill cemetery.
The body may be viewed tonight between the hours of 7 and 9 o'clock at the home.
