Native of Butler County Victim of Monoxide Poison


Funeral services for Clarence Troutman, aged 50, formerly of Concord township, were held from his home in Cleveland, Monday, May 18. Burial was made in Cleveland.


Mr. Troutman was the victim of monoxide gas. He had gone to his garage to start his car on the morning of May 15. His wife noticed that he had not left the garage and making an investigation found him dead in the garage.


He was born and spent the early years of his life in Butler County. He was the son of the late Jacob Troutman.


Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Pearl Dickerman Troutman, and the following brothers and sisters: H.L. of Renfrew, J.W. of Kansas, E.G. of West Sunbury, Charles, Bert and Frank of Butler, Catherine of Ligonier, Emma Mowry of Derry, Carrie Nastansky of Minnesota, Anna Day of West Sunbury and Mary Kradel of Butler.
