Jeffrey Eugene Shook, a Keizer resident and courier for American Messenger Co. in Salem, died May 16, 1996, in an automobile accident. He was 33.
A funeral was held in Simon Funeral Chapel in Woodburn.
Mr. Shook was born June 27, 1962, in Fort Benning, Ga. He graduated from Woodburn High School in 1980, and was coordinator of the Woodburn High School Golf Tournament for Alumni.
Survivors include his wife, Kim; daughter, Kassi Kent of Keizer; father, Jimmie of Arkansas; mother, Sarah Shook of Hubbard; brothers, Jim of Oregon City, John of Woodburn, and Thomas of Port Angeles, Wash.; sister, Patricia Shook of Woodburn.
Interment will be in Belle Passi Cemetery in Woodburn. The family suggests remembrances to Woodburn High School Track Fund. Arrangements are by Simon Funeral Chapel in Woodburn.
