Actor, director and producer. Directed and produced shows that include "The Dick Van Dyke Show," "I Spy," "Make Room for Daddy," "My World and Welcome to It" and "The Andy Griffith Show." Won five Emmy Awards for his work and was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame in 1992. Also received a lifetime membership into the Director's Guild of America in 1995. Fondly remembered as Nick the Bartender in the classic "It's A Wonderful Life."
