LaVerna Ann Neuhalfen, 80, was a daughter of Anton and Anna Linderer Schlosser. She married John F. Neuhalfen on September 1, 1951, in Lacon, Illinois. He preceded her in death on March 2, 1998.

Surviving are five sons, John (Vickie), Steven (Nancee), Michael (Michele), Andrew (Catherine)and Mark (Marlene), two daughters, Peggy (Gary) Noyes and Jani (Daniel) Hall, siixteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one brother, Merle (ImaJean) Schlosser.

Her parents, an infant son, Joseph and a brother, Lyle, preceded her in death.

LaVerna was a lifelong member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Henry. She was employed at Henry Cablevision and Triax Cablevision. She retired in 1993.

She was an avid bowler for more than 50 years at Henry Lanes and a great supporter of the Relay For Life.

LaVerna was a loving Mom, Grandma and Great-Grandma, and she will be greatly missed.
