Zachary L. “Zach” Summers, 15, of Sissonville departed this life Sept. 17, 2003, of injuries received in a four-wheeler accident.
Zach was born June 14, 1988, in Charleston, a son of Charles F. “Chuck” Jr. and Sandra G. Iman Summers of Sissonville.
Zach was a 10th grade student at Sissonville High School where he was a member of the JROTC. He attended Maranatha Fellowship, St. Albans.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one sister, Cassie Summers at home; one brother, Luke Summers at home; grandparents, Charles and Margie Summers, Ralph and Effie Burdette and Donna King, all of Sissonville; great-grandmother, Lena Wehrle of Charleston; one aunt and uncle, Angie and Rob Bird of South Charleston; two uncles and an aunt, Jonathan Summers of North Carolina, John and Lisa Iman of Charleston; and several cousins.
