MUNCIE--Ada I. Guinn, 86, of Muncie, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at The Waters of Yorktown.

She was born April 25, 1925 in Parkersburg, WV, to Francis Marion and Lillie May (Hupp) Allen.

Ada was a graduate of Parkersburg High School. She was a production worker at Werts Novelties and earlier had worked for American Lawn Mower. Ada was a member of Southside Church of God.

Survivors include two daughters, Margaret "Peggy" Reed (husband-Darrell "Butch"), Yorktown, and Carrie "Max" Wages, Muncie; three granddaughters, Trina R. Baier (husband-Keith), Chicago, IL, Wendy Sue Hofherr (husband-Greg), Pendleton, and Brandy R. Wages; three great-grandchildren, Caitlin Baier, Ashlyn Wages, and Evan Hofherr; and several nieces and nephews.

Ada was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Rad B. Guinn; two brothers; and six sisters.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Parson Mortuary with Pastor John Glegg officiating. Burial will follow at Tomlinson Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday and on Saturday one hour prior to services.
