Justin Allen Tipton, 29, of Manchester, died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011, at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. Born Dec. 25, 1981, in Baltimore, he was the son of John Hubley, of Baltimore, and the late Teresa Lynn Tipton. He was the husband of Desiree Latoya Albright Tipton. He was a North Carroll High School graduate. He was a supervisor for the Westminster Jiffy Lube. He was a sports fan and an avid Redskins football fan. Surviving, in addition to his father and wife, are children Parker, Bradley and Jackson, all of Manchester; grandparents George and Charlotte Tipton, of Manchester, Charles and Florence Cooper, of Westminster, and Helen Hubley, of Hampstead; stepfather David Cooper, of Glenville, Pa.; a brother, Zach A. Cooper, of Jefferson, Pa.; stepsiblings Josh Santivasci and Ian Cooper, both of Glenville, Nikki Santivasci, of York, Pa., and Bobbie Newsome, of Dayton, Ohio; and half-sister Angie Hubley-Smith, of Baltimore. He was predeceased by his grandfather, Robert Hubley Sr. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Eckhardt Funeral Chapel, 3296 Charmil Drive, Manchester. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Charles Barnhart officiating. Interment will be in Hampstead Cemetery in Hampstead.
